Attribution of Percentage Based Leave Accruals to Job Order/Client
Description
If a leave accrual can be attributed to a specific job order and the leave is configured to a accrue a percentage of earnings paid against accrual pay codes, the details of the corresponding job order and the client who is linked to that job order are now displayed when you drill down into the payee’s pay details at the Leave Accrual pay batch stage, as shown in the example below.
The job order and client details are also stored by the system as part of the leave accrual transaction details.
Because the job order/client details are now recorded as part of the leave transaction details, from a cost allocation and Finance Integration perspective the cost of the accrual will get attributed to the agency office to which the job order belongs and not the agency office that manages the candidate, as was the case previously.
Benefits
This enhancement helps identify and link a percentage-based leave accrual to the corresponding job order and client so that leave accrual costs can be attributed accordingly.
Configuration
