Database Schema Changes (v12.18)

To support this release changes have been made to the database schema. These changes may have an impact on reports that have been created using custom queries.

It is important to check your custom reports prior to upgrade to ensure they are working as expected. If you find any issues with data, the information below should assist you to make any changes required.

Renamed to [PayeeTypeTaxTypeNo]

The FO.JobOrders field named PayeeTaxTypeId has changed to PayeeTypeTaxTypeNo. The PayeeTypeTaxTypeNo field links to the rar.PayeeTypeTaxTypeMappings table. 

If you currently have a report which references the fo.JobOrders.PayeeTaxTypeId field then you will need to replace it with the PayeeTypeTaxTypeNo field name.
If the report also has a condition for selecting the tax types then it will need to be replaced with a join to the rar.PayeeTypeTaxTypeMappings table using the PayeeTypeTaxTypeNo field, then selecting the appropriate value as stated in the Data Dictionary rar.PayeeTypeTaxTypeMappings table section. See Page 213 of the Data Dictionary.
