Payday Filing Payee Submission Screen Search Criteria Changes (Payroll NZ)

Description

The following changes have been made to the Search section on the Payroll New Zealand > IR Electronic Reporting > Payday Payee Reporting > Payee screen, which allows searching for the last Payday Filing payee information submission that was triggered for a given payee:

• The existing Pay Company field has now has an Any option to allow searching for a submission irrespective of the pay company by which the corresponding payee is employed by.

• The existing Tax Type field now defaults to the Any option so that, by default, you can search for submissions irrespective of whether the corresponding payee is a PAYE employee or a contractor.

• A new field labelled Submission Status has been added to allow searching by the status of the submission (Submitted, Rejected, Technical Error, Completed). All statuses are selected by default to allow searching for submissions irrespective of their status.

Benefits

These enhancements make finding specific payee submissions easier to find in the event that there has been an error that needs to be actioned manually.
