FastTrack360 Version 12 Online Help

AUSKey & Reporting Authorisation (On-premise Only)

The following information applies to on-premise instances of FastTrack360 only and does not apply to cloud-hosted instances of FastTrack360.

To allow STP reporting from an on-premise installation of FastTrack360, an AUSKey is required to be registered for the pay company that will be reporting. An AUSKey is a secure login mechanism that facilitates interaction between your business and the ATO. Once you have registered for an AUSKey, your internal IT support or FastTrack must install the AUSKey on the server where your instance of FastTrack360 is installed.

If legal structure of your business includes multiple pay companies, the AUSKey should be registered against the parent pay entity, even if that entity does not exist as a pay company within FastTrack360. However, regardless of whether the parent entity exists in FastTrack360 or not, you must enable cross-entity authorisation between the parent entity and the child entities that will be reporting and vice versa. This can be done by your financial controller via the ATO Access Manager portal. For more information about Access Manager, see: https://www.ato.g ov.au/General/online-services/access-manager/
