Timesheet Rate Type Identification

Description

Enhancements have been made in this release to Time and Attendance and in Mobile Timesheets to identify the rate type (standard rates or agreement rates) that applies to the corresponding job order.

All screens within Portal > Time and Attendance that list timesheets feature a Timesheet Type search field in the search header so that the list of timesheets can be filtered according to the rate type that applies to the timesheet.

A Timesheet Type column is also displayed in the search results list on all timesheet list screens to identify the rate type that applies to a listed timesheet.

An example of this in the Time and Attendance module is highlighted below. In the Mobile Timesheets application, all timesheet list screens display a T/S Type column, which displays an icon to signify an agreement rates timesheet or an icon to signify a standard rates timesheet. An example of this is highlighted in below.

In the Mobile Timesheets application, all timesheet list screens display a T/S Type column, which displays an AR icon to signify an agreement rates timesheet or a SR icon to signify a standard rates timesheet. An example of this is highlighted in below.

On opening a timesheet in Mobile Timesheets, the rate type is also identified on the timesheet itself, as highlighted below.

This enhancement applies to all types of devices on which Mobile Timesheets is supported; smart phone, tablet and desktop.

Benefits

These enhancements allow Time and Attendance and Mobile Timesheets users to easily identify the rate types that apply to a timesheet and to find timesheets based on rate types.
