Pay Batch Performance Improvements

Description
The way in which the system performs calculations when you attempt to progress a pay batch to the Gross Deductions, Net Deductions and Wage Costs pay batch stages has been optimized, thereby making those pay batch stages process quicker when traversing through the pay batch stages.
The table below shows the approximate percentage improvement in time taken to process the respective pay batch stages compared to previous versions depending on the number of payees in the pay batch.
