Bulk Timesheet - Open Timesheet Approve Action

Description

Currently where a user opens a timesheet from the Bulk Timesheet 'Item' or 'Header view' lists, there is no action available to approve the timesheet. In order to approve, the user needs to return to the Item or Header view. To save time we have added the Approve action to an open bulk timesheet should the user need to run this action whilst in the open timesheet.
