Pay Batch - Inclusion of Timesheets Based on Interpreted Timesheet Status Type

Description

The Payroll module has been enhanced to so timesheet are now included in a pay batch based on the underlying interpreted timesheet status type rather than the timesheet status. Previously, a timesheet could be included and paid in a pay batch if its interpreted status was Reviewed. Now, the interpreted timesheet status type must be one of Reviewed - Pay and Bill or Reviewed - Pay Only before a timesheet will be included and paid in a pay batch.

Benefits

This enhancement complements the changes made in this release that allow custom interpreted timesheet status names to be configured and applied to timesheets. Because the names of the interpreted timesheet statuses can now be customised, the system refers to the underlying status type that is mapped to the interpreted timesheet status to determine if a timesheet can be paid in a pay batch.
