Timesheet - New Items in Manage Layout

Description

The following items have been added to Manage Layout for display if you require:

• To support the Timesheet Import enhancements for ‘Adjustment Only’ timesheet import, users may wish to identify Adjustment Only Zero Result Headers within the Time & Attendance ‘Historical’ tab. A new item labelled ‘Adjustment Only Original Header’ can be applied if required. Where the item is an Adjustment Only Original Header, the result will display ‘Y’, if not 'N' will be displayed.

• For timesheets that have been adjusted, a new Manage Layout item labelled ‘Adj. Target TS’ is available if required. Where displayed this will provide you with the ability to identify the target Timesheet Id for an Adjustment Timesheet. For example if Timesheet 1234 has subsequently had an Adjustment Timesheet 1255 generated, where ‘Adj. Target TS’ has been applied, in the timesheet list, for Adjustment Timesheet 1255, ‘Adj. Target TS’ will display as `1234’.

• A new field has been added to the timesheet to capture an Alternative Timesheet Id via Timesheet Import or API. This item will be available in Manage Layout for all tabs except ‘Available’.

Benefit

These new Manage Layout items will provide users with more information when viewing results in result lists within Time & Attendance.
