Description
To support the introduction of Supplied Payee feature in this release, the Pay Bill Email Template setting has been enhanced to provide the ability to setup templates for suppliers who require the email delivery method to receive payslips.
New Payslip Type setting displays values for Payee or Supplier as shown below.
Benefits
Ability to configure an email template for payslips that are to be sent to a supplier.
Configuration
Follow these steps to set up a template:
Step | Description |
|---|---|
1 | Go to Maintenance >Pay/Bill Email Template |
2 | Click Add. The Template Entry screen is displayed. |
3 | Name: Enter the name of the template. |
4 | Type: Select the type of email template which will be Payslip. The field Payslip Type will be displayed. |
5 | Payslip Type: There will be 2 options: Payee or Supplier. Select Supplier. |
6 | Enter the required wording for the template. |
7 | Save. |
