Search Job Order - Search for Jobs filled with a Supplier Candidate

Description

With the introduction of Supplied Payees (3rd Party Payees) in this release we have enhanced the Search Job Order Secondary Tab to provide the ability to find Jobs that have been filled with a Supplied Payee.

To assist in this selection, the following search parameters have been added:

Supplier

A field to filter for candidates with a job order where the linked payee record has the supplier name(s) selected.

  • This will display a list of suppliers that the user can pick from.

  • The default is Any as this will return all candidates.

  • Multiple suppliers can be selected at the same time.

Supplier Type

A field to filter for candidates with a job order who has a linked payee records with a matching supplier type.

  • The options available are:

    • Any (Default)

    • Umbrella

    • 3rd Tier Agency

    • None

If None is selected, this will return those job orders who are not sourced through a supplier.

Benefits

Allows recruitment officers greater flexibility on including/excluding candidates in their job order search.
