Search Comments - ability to search Job Comments by other filters (v12.15p2)

Description

Currently in Recruitment Manager > Search Comments, where the comment type is Job Order, a user can’t find comments assigned to a job where the job has been filled by a particular candidate or if the job is owned by a particular client, like you can in Search Activities.

In this release we have enhanced Search Comments to provide similar criterion to Search Activities so you can refine your Job Comments searches to provide more targeted results.

In Search Comments, where the Comment Type is ‘Job Order’, we now display the following additional criterion:

• 'Candidate Name:' - finds comments assigned to Jobs where the Candidate Name entered is the Filled Candidate

  • 'Candidate No.:' - finds comments assigned to Jobs where the Candidate No entered is the Filled Candidate

  • ‘Client Name:' - finds comments assigned to Jobs where the Client Name entered is the Client that owns the Job

  • 'Client No.:' - finds comments assigned to Jobs where the Client No entered is the Client that owns the Job
