Expired Tab - added items in Manage Layout to show who has expired a timesheet (v12.15p2)

Description

Currently from the Time & Attendance Expired Tab, in the list of timesheets users are unable to identify who has expired the timesheet. In this release we have added some new fields to Manage Layout in the Expired Tab to provide the ability to show who has expired a timesheet.

Expired Tab ‘Manage Layout’:

‘Expired By’ - displays the Username of the user that last expired the timesheet.
'Expired Date / Time' - displays the date/time the timesheet was last expired.
'Expired by Name' - displays the Firstname Surname of the user that last expired the timesheet.

Please be aware that as some of these details, like 'Expired by Name' were not stored prior to this release, only recently expired timesheets will contain all this information.
