Search Candidate / Search Available Candidate - search by Special Notes (v12.15p2)

Description

In the Candidate Record a user can enter in ‘Special Notes’, however there is no ability to then search on the contents of this field. In this release we have include the ability to search on Special Notes in Search Candidate and Search Available Candidate.

A new search criterion ‘Special Notes’ is available in the Secondary Tab. You can search on exact match or use a wildcard (where Recruitment Manager > General Settings > System Settings > Default Wildcard Search is not switched on).

In the Manage Layout for Search Candidate and Search Available Candidate we have added a new item for ‘Special Notes’. This will display as ‘Yes’ where the Candidate has special notes entered and ‘No’ where they do not.

This enhancement improves the ability to resource Candidates where the ‘Special Notes’ field contains pertinent information.
