How to Define a Manual Condition

Manual conditions can be defined for manual rules only. Only one manual condition can be defined per rule. To define a manual condition for a pay/bill code rule, follow the procedure below.

1.

In the Conditions tab within the Pay Code Rule Entry pane of the Edit Pay Agreement screen, click Add next to Manual Condition.

Controls appear for defining the condition.

2.

In the Pay Code column, select the pay code corresponding to the manual item to which this condition is to apply.

The manual condition is defined.
