Manage Existing Pay and Bill Email Templates
You can find existing notification templates via the left hand panel menu Maintenance > Global Section > Pay/Bill Email Template. Once you find an existing template, you can do the following:
open the record for viewing or editing
delete the record if it has not required.
Find a Pay / Bill Email Template
1 | Navigate to Maintenance > Pay/Bill Email Template. The Pay/Bill Email Template screen opens. |  |
2 | Select / key criterion as required. The Type items displayed for selection will change depending on the Country selected. | Â |
3 | Click Search. The templates that match your search criteria are listed on the screen. |

Edit an existing template
1 | Navigate to Maintenance > Pay/Bill Email Template. The Pay/Bill Email Template screen opens. |  |
2 | Select / key criterion as required and click Search. The templates that match your search criteria are listed on the screen. | |
3 | Click the View icon. The Pay/Bill Email Entry screen displays. | |
4 | Alter the items as required and select Save. The record is saved and the Email/Notification Entry screen closes. |
Delete an existing template
 | Navigate to Maintenance > Pay/Bill Email Template. The Pay/Bill Email Template screen opens. |  |
 | Select / key criterion as required and click Search. The templates that match your search criteria are listed on the screen. | |
 | In the list of template records, click Delete next to the record to be deleted. A confirmation pop up displays. | |
 | Click Delete. The confirmation message closes and the selected record is deleted. |
