View Questionnaire Responses
Attachments provided by the Candidate ie; resume and other items, are stored with the response record for a period of 30 days, following this they are deleted. On creation / update of the Candidate these items are stored in the Resume section and Attachment section, so they do not need to remain in the response as well.
To view a Job Questionnaire response:
1 | Navigate to the Job record's Referral Workflow OR open the Referral Workflow Feature and select the required job. |
2 | Select the Candidate's referral and right mouse click. A list of referral actions is displayed. |
3 | Select View Response. Alternatively select 'Edit Referral' and from the Job Order Referral screen, select 'View Response'. The Questionnaire response is displayed. |
