Custom Exit Point

Custom Exit points are URLs that can be configured to display in the relevant record’s Quick Access section. These links are used to access external systems or reports. The following records can have custom exit points configured:

  • Parent

  • Client

  • Cost Centre

  • Contact

  • Job Order

  • Candidate

  • Agency User

Custom Exit Points are configured in the Maintenance > Custom Exit Point item.

To open an external system or report within a record:

Navigate to the record's Quick Access section.

Select the Custom Exit item.

A list of available links is displayed.

To open the item, select the link required.
