This item in the dashboard displays a list of quick access links.  Each link is described below:

  • Add Temp Job opens a new Temp Job.

  • Add Contract Job opens a new Contract Job.

  • Add Perm Job opens a new Perm Job.

  • Add New Activity opens a new ‘General Activity’ record.  General activities are generic and not linked to a record.

  • Find Client opens the Search Client screen.

  • Find Contact opens the Search Contacts screen.

  • Find Candidate opens the Search Candidates screen.

  • Find Job Order opens the Search Job Order screen.

  • Referral Workflow opens the Referral Workflow Feature.  Via this item you can manage workflows outside of their related Job Order records.  For information on Referral Workflow, see the section Referral Workflow.

  • Advertised Jobs where the integrated Job Advertising Feature is configured, this item opens the aggregator’s job listing page and displays all your posted job advertisements.

  • Find Activities opens the Search Activities screen.

  • Find Comments opens the Search Comments screen.
