Vacant Jobs

This item in the Dashboard displays a list of your jobs, where the status is Vacant.

A total of vacant jobs is displayed next to the heading.
The list can be sorted and filtered. For information on sorting and filtering the list, see the section Lists.
Family jobs are grouped and displayed as one item.
The Position column displays the number of positions filled on the left, and the number of positions requested on the right. For example, where the job is part of a family of 4 jobs and one job has been filled the item will display as 1 / 4. A job will be removed if all jobs have been filled, OR the jobs status is cancelled.
Open the job by selecting a job related item within the list, for example the Job Number or Position Type. Where client details are selected like Client Name, the Client record will open.

Where client details are selected like Client Name, the Client record will open. If any of the Candidate related items are selected, the Candidate record will open.
For Temp / Contract roles, the job is removed where the End Date is less than the current date. For Perm roles, the job is removed where the Start Date is less that the current date OR where the job's 'Estimated Bill Date' is less then the current date.
