Recent Items

When you access a record within Recruitment Manager, the system stores a link to the record and displays it in a Recent Items list.

This list can be used as an efficient way to view and access any records that have recently been opened or edited.

The following records are included in the Recent Items list:

  • Parent

  • Client

  • Client Contact

  • Cost Centre

  • Job Order

  • Candidate.

Your Recent Item list is available via the Favourites icon in the top toolbar.  Select the Recent Items tab to see the list.

The most recently accessed records are displayed at the top of the list, within their record group.  Select a list item to open the record.

If you right click on a recent item in the list, the following actions are displayed;

  • Open in new Tab - opens the record in a new browser window.

  • Open - opens the record in the current browser window.
