General EOFY Statement Fields - Australia Only

The following table outlines the general database fields that can be included within components of an EOFY statement format.

Database Field Name	Description
Current Date	Prints the current date in the format dd/mm/yyyy
Current Date & Time	Prints the current date and time in the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss
Page No	Prints the page number on which the document is printed.
Pay Company ABN	Prints the corporate identity number of the pay company that has issued the document.
Pay Company Name	Prints the name of the pay company that issued the document.
Payee First Name	Prints the given name of the payee.
Payee Identifier	Prints the nine-digit ID that uniquely identifies the payee in FastTrack360.
Payee Middle Name	Prints the middle name of the payee.
Payee Surname	Prints the payee's family name.
Payment Period End Date	Prints the end date of the financial year to which the document corresponds.
Payment Period Start Date	Prints the start date of the financial year to which the document corresponds.
Total Gross Pay	Prints the payee's total gross pay for the corresponding financial year, excluding the following: reimbursements allowances gross deductions
