Job Order - Linking of Job Orders for AWR
Description
If a payee has multiple job orders at once, it could be that the clocks are linked. An example of this is that they are a home care assistant for the same county council. The carer visits different people each day to take care of them. You could have separate job orders for each person the candidate is providing services to. Therefore, the clocks are linked because the carer is doing the same work for each job order. If a payee does not work 1 week in one job order, that job order would still have the clock updated if the carer worked in another linked job order.Â
The linking of jobs may not be with the same client as the AWR clock could be based on where the clients are linked under the 1 parent. An example of this is where there is a hospital trust and there are multiple hospitals under 1 trust. The trust would be the parent. A candidate could be working as a porter within multiple hospitals under 1 trust. Under this circumstance, the clocks would also need to be linked.
