Description

When AWR is active in a country, and you are copying a job order, the following fields are also copied:

• Job Role Comparator

• Monitoring Not Required

• Enhanced Holiday Override

• Parity pay and bill rates (where the copy rates checkbox is selected)

The system does not copy the clock history as this relates to the candidate’s work history rather than the configuration of the job order.

If you copy a job order that AWR is monitored and has parity rates and there is a history of parity rates, if you then do not monitor for AWR, the system will not allow you to submit to timesheet as it will be expecting parity rates.

You will need to create a new job rather than copying it.
