Qualifying Weeks Before Parity	Should you need jobs for a client to have a different number of weeks before reaching parity to the country Hierarchy or office hierarchy setting, it can be applied at this point. If the client is also attached to an office that has a different qualifying weeks before parity set to the country hierarchy, the client setting will be used as this is below the office and so takes precedent.	A value up to 99 can be entered. The value entered cannot exceed the Office Qualifying Weeks Before Parity, if it is set nor the Country Qualifying Weeks Before Parity.

Benefits

This allows for a lower point at which a job reaches parity.

The AWR Active flag in the hierarchy should be checked on.
