Absence/Attend - AWR Reset Weeks

Description

Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) permit for job orders to be paused for a period of time if the payee is continually absent on consecutive weeks. The length of pausing can be different for each absence type.

If in the hierarchy, the AWR Active flag is checked on, the field AWR Number of Weeks Pause Applies becomes visible.

  • Enter the number of weeks the clock should be paused for relating to the absence type.

  • Zero is not a valid option.

  • When leaving blank, this means the clock will not be paused and if the absence is received, it will increment the clock. For holiday leave, enter 99 as an example so that it covers that number of weeks the clock can be paused for.

Benefits

To manage the different number of weeks a clock should be paused for different absence types.

Configuration

The AWR Active flag in the hierarchy should be checked on.
