Candidate Record - Payslip Documents for Supplied Payees

Description

When a supplied payee is processed in a pay batch, this creates the payslip data. Where the supplier has a consolidated payslip, multiple payees will appear on the same payslip. Although the payslip is not available in the candidate portal for the supplied payee to access, the payslip that the payee appears on will be visible in the payee’s candidate record under the Payslips List. This document can be previewed or emailed. Care should be taken as to whom the payslip can be emailed to. If you have your pay document delivery type in the hierarchy set as url link, the person receiving the email would need the appropriate credentials to access the payslip. If you have the pay document access set to PDF, the receiver of the email would be able to see that payslip information.

The user’s security profile will need access to the View Payslip Details security permission to be able to view payslips.
