Payday Filing Security Permissions

The table below lists and describes the user security permissions in Agency Portal > Maintenance > Security that control Payday filing functionality.
Application | Permission | Permission Level | Description |
Statutory Reporting (NZ) | Payday Reporting | View | Allows the user to access the following screens and search for and view Payday submissions:

| Full | As per the View permission level but also allows users to submit information to the IRD view Payday filing. |
IRD | Full | Allows the user to trigger the Authenticate IRD Credentials action on the Agency Portal > Pay New Zealand > Maintenance > Pay Company > Pay Company Maintenance > Pay Company Entry > Payday Reporting screen. This allows the user to authorise FastTrack360 to be the software service provider that facilitates Payday filing on behalf of a pay company. |
If you have upgraded to a Payday filing compatible version of FastTrack360 from v11.33 or earlier, the Statutory Reporting (NZ) > Payday Reporting permission is automatically added, with a security level of View, to all existing agency user security roles that previously included the Gross Wage > Electronic Reporting (NZ) permission. For agency security roles that are to have the ability to submit information to the IRD through Payday filing, the permission level must be manually changed to Full after upgrading.
Note also that the Gross Wage > Electronic Reporting (NZ) permission has been replaced by the Statutory Reporting (NZ) > Manual Upload Reports permission and continues to control users ability to generate the IR345, IR348 and KS1 reports. Upon upgrading to a Payday filing compatible version of FastTrack360 from v11.33 or earlier, the Statutory Reporting (NZ) > Manual Upload Reports permission will be enabled by default for any existing agency user security roles that previously included the Gross Wage > Electronic Reporting (NZ) permission.
