How to Search for an Exchange Rate

To search for an exchange rate, follow the procedure below.

1.	Navigate to Maintenance > Currency > Exchange Rates
2.	The Currency search field will be automatically defaulted with your country's base currency. Select Any from the picklist to view all currency exchange rates. To select a particular currency code, pick from the list or type the 3 character currency code. Only the active currency codes will be listed in the pick list. If you do not see the required currency code, you will need to activate it. Please refer to How to Activate a Currency Code to activate a currency code. The search will find the required currency code if it is used in either the From Currency Code or the To Currency Code.
3.	In Effective Date enter the effective date of the exchange rate. This will search for exchange rates that have an effective date on or after this date. Leave blank if you want to find all exchange rate rows.
4.	Click Search. The results will return in the grid below ordered by From Currency Code, then by To Currency Code and Descending Effective Date.

If there are still too many rows displayed, use the Filter in the Action menu into further refine your search.
