Display of Superseded Rate Values

Description

As advised in Timesheet Import Enhancements, you will now have the ability for Standard Rate Timesheets to import superseded rate values. This strategy can be utlised where the Pay Code exists in the job, however the third party VMS system’s rate value for Pay and or Bill is being supplied via import, and you do not wish to manually make changes to the Job’s rates. Click here for more details on this feature. It is important to note that where imported, superseded rate values will not update back to the Job Order, they will only apply in Interpreter Review and will be passed on for the Pay and Billing processes.

To provide visibility where Standard Rate timesheets with an existing Pay Code (Additional Item) has been imported, and the Pay Rate and/or Bill Rate value is included, in the interpreted timesheet these items will be highlighted in a different colour. Please note this does not include items for Direct Valuation, as the rate value must always be provided in the timesheet. The value will display as superseded anytime it is provided in the import, as such it may be the same value that is in the job, however it will still be stored and displayed as superseded.

In the example below you can see that a superseded value was imported for the Pay Rate of this timesheet.
