How to Edit an Existing Document Format Group

Once a document format group has been created, you can edit the attributes of the document format group if necessary. You can edit any attributes of an existing document format group except the country and the group type (pay or bill) regardless of whether the document format group has been used.

To edit an existing document format group, follow the procedure below.

1.

Navigate to Maintenance > Document Designer > Document Format Groups.

The Document Format Group page displays.

 

2.

In the search header at the top of the screen, select or key information about the document format group that you need to find. For example, if the document format group is a pay document format group, select Pay in the Group Type field.

Click Search.

Existing document format groups that match your search criteria are listed in the search results list on the Document Format Group screen.

4.

To open a document format group, click on the view action next to the item.

The document format group opens in the Document Format Group Entry screen.

5.

Update any fields on the Document Format Group Entry screen as required.

 

6.

When you have made the necessary changes, click Save.

The changes you have made to the document format group are saved.
