How to Delete an Existing Document Format Group

You can delete an existing document format group so long as it is not currently assigned to a set of pay company defaults or a payee, for pay document format groups, or a set of debtor invoice details, for bill document format groups.
To delete an existing document format group, follow the procedure below.

1.

Navigate to Maintenance > Document Designer > Document Format Groups.

The Document Format Group page displays.

 

2.

In the search header at the top of the screen, select or key information about the document format group that you need to find. For example, if the document format group is a pay document format group, select Pay in the Group Type field.

Click Search.

Existing document format groups that match your search criteria are listed in the search results list on the Document Format Group screen.

To delete a document format group, click on the delete action next to the item.

A confirmation pop up displays.

5.

Click Delete.

The selected document format group is deleted.
