Viewing the Timesheet Audit History

For auditing purposes the Time and Attendance system maintains a record of actions that affected each timesheet. This is known as the audit history and allows you to track who carried out an action and when that action occurred.

From the audit history you can open and view the historical version of the timesheet in the state it was in at the point in time when a particular action occurred.

To view the audit history of a timesheet, follow the procedure below.

1.

Open an incomplete, submitted, rejected or historical timesheet in the Timesheet Entry screen.

The timesheet is displayed.

2.

Scroll down the page to the Audit History section.

The Audit History is displayed, listing each action that affected the timesheet in chronological order.

The example below shows the Audit History pane, as it appears at the bottom of the Timesheet Entry screen.
