Viewing the Audit History of a Timesheet

You can track the changes made to a timesheet by viewing the audit history of the timesheet. The audit history records instances of actions that affected a timesheet since it was interpreted. For each action, the audit history records the following information:

  • type of action that occurred (e.g. timesheet was adjusted or status of timesheet changed)

  • date and time the action occurred

  • staff ID of the staff member who invoked the action.

If not already open, open the relevant timesheet in the Interpreted Timesheet Details screen.

In the header of the Interpreted Timesheet Details screen, click the Audit tab.

The Audit History tab opens, showing a list of actions that affected the timesheet after it was interpreted.

An example of the audit history of an interpreted timesheet, as it is shown in the Audit History screen, is shown below.

Action

Display the type of action that occurred. This can be one of the following:

Updated – indicates the timesheet was adjusted

Reviewed – indicates the status of the timesheet was changed from Interpreter Review to Reviewed

Not Reviewed – indicates the status of the timesheet was changed from Reviewed to Interpreter Review.

Change Date/Time

Displays the date and time at which the action took place.

User

Displays the staff ID of the staff member who performed the action.
