Clearing, Expiring, Restoring & Deleting Timesheets

This section explains how timesheet administrators can do the following:

  • clear information that has been keyed into timesheets, thereby reverting the timesheets to their original state prior to being edited

  • expire timesheets that are not required so that the timesheets cannot be keyed in and submitted by mistake

  • restore timesheets that have been expired so that the timesheets can be keyed in and submitted

  • permanently delete expired timesheets that will never be used.
