Viewing the Timesheet History
The History tab is displayed on the Interpreted Timesheet Details screen if the timesheet you are viewing is an adjustment timesheet.
Whenever the status of a timesheet is set to Reviewed, a snapshot of the interpretation results, as shown on the Interpreted Timesheet Details tab of Interpreted Timesheet Details screen, is updated on the History tab of any subsequent versions of that timesheet.
On the History tab, the interpretation results of previous timesheet versions are shown in separate tables. In the example below, the adjustment timesheet that is being viewed has two previous versions; the original timesheet and one prior adjustment timesheet. Therefore, the History tab shows one table labelled Adjustment Timesheet and another table labelled Original Timesheet.
As shown in the example above, each table on the History tab has an Is Reviewed field to indicate the current status of the respective timesheet version. The Is Reviewed field displays Yes if the respective version of the timesheet is currently in the Reviewed status, or the field displays No if the respective version of the timesheet is currently in the Not Reviewed status.
Each table is listed in chronological order. The table representing the most-recent adjustment timesheet is displayed at the top of the History tab and the table representing the original timesheet is always displayed at the bottom of the tab. The columns of information displayed within each table are the same as the columns displayed on the Interpreted Timesheet Details tab of Interpreted Timesheet Details screen.
Within the Original Timesheet table, any manual items added to the timesheet as a result of an adjustment made via Interpreter Review are displayed in red, as shown in the example below.
The information displayed in the History tab is a snapshot of the interpretation results as of the last time the status of the original timesheet was set to Reviewed and the information will not update while you have the adjustment timesheet open.
