Advertise (post) a Job

To advertise (post) a Job:

Open the Job Order record via the Client or a Search and navigate to the Advertising section.

Enter an Advertising Description if this has not been completed.

Select Advertise Job.

If you are not setup as a jobboard user a message displays 'Your user account does not have a jobboard username configured." Contact your system administrator for setup.

Where your username has been validated, if the job has not been advertised, the Post Job workflow is displayed.

If additional questionnaire pages have been configured, a list is displayed in the 'Optional Pages' section.

Where a questionnaire is required, use the horizontal arrows to move pages required from the Optional Pages section to the Application Questionnaire section.

Within the Application Questionnaire section, use the vertical arrows to move the pages into the required order.

To return the settings to default and remove any optional pages applied, select Reset.

Select Preview to view the applied questionnaire.

To post the job on-line, select Post.

The job's details are sent to Broadbean.

Broadbean's maintenance page opens in a new browser window, where additional settings and information can be applied.

Where the job has been successfully posted, 'Job has been Posted' displays in the Job Order.

 

To select the job boards the job will be posted to:

Open the Job Order record via the Client or a Search and navigate to the Advertising section.

Select Advertise Job.
Where this action has already be run, Broadbean's website opens in a new browser window, at Step 1: Choose Job Boards.

Where this action has not yet been run, see the section To Advertise (post) a Job.

In Default Adverts, select an item from the drop down list where an option is applicable.

The required job boards are displayed as ticked.

Alternatively tick 'All Sites Below' to flag all available job boards for posting.

All available job boards are displayed as ticked.

You can un-tick any job boards not required on this screen.

Select Continue.

Step 2: Advert Details screen is displayed.

Complete the fields required.

Fields that are mandatory are shown with a red asterisk.

Select Continue.

Step 3: Preview + Send screen is displayed.

Review the job post details and select Send Advert.

The job is posted. The screen displays the job boards that the advertisement has been posted to.
