Creating a Questionnaire Page

In order to create candidate questionnaires in the Questionnaire Maintenance module, questionnaire pages must be created for the relevant categories.

The process of creating a questionnaire pages is a multi-stage process that involves the following procedures:

• adding the new page to the category hierarchy and linking it to the relevant external references and page filtering categories

• adding question groups to the page

• adding questions to the page

• adding free text to the page.

Questionnaire pages can also be created by copying an existing questionnaire page, which negates the need to perform some of the steps above.

Once a questionnaire page has been created it is possible to preview how the page will appear when presented to a candidate as part of a questionnaire.
