Candidate Record > Record Properties - 'Creation Source' field added (v12.15p2)

Description

In the 11.37 release we added the ability in Search Candidate to find candidates by ‘Creation Source’. In this release we have added this value to the Candidate Record’s Record Properties.

The methods by which a Candidate is created include:

  • Agency User

  • Job Board Application

  • Registration

  • Outlook Extensions

Please be aware that the value for Creation Source has only been stored for new Candidates from v11.37 on, so older records will not have this information. If the record was created by a means other than defined above for example an API then this value will be blank but the Created By will be a WebAPI user.

Benefits

This enhancement provides additional information in the Candidate record which may assist when determining how the Candidate was added to the environment.
