How to Find an Existing SuperStream Service Provider

You can search for and list existing SuperStream service providers by using the Pay Australia > Maintenance > Superannuation > Service Provider Maintenance screen. Once you have found and listed the relevant service provider you can do the following:

open the service provider for viewing or editing in the SuperStream Service Provider Entry screen
delete the service provider if the service provider is unused and is not required.

To find an existing SuperStream Service Provider, follow the procedure below.

1.	Navigate to Payroll Australia > Maintenance > Superannuation > Service Providers. The Service Provider Maintenance screen opens.
2.	If you know the name of the service provider, key in the provider's name in the Provider Name field. You can use leading and trailing wildcards (%) for partial matching on the provider name. For example, %track will match provider names such as FastTrack and SuperTrack while fast% will match provider names such as FastTrack and FastSuper.
3.	If you know the Australian Business Number of the service provider, key the number into the Provider ABN field.
4.	If you want to find only those providers who are currently inactive, click No on the Active field. Skip this step if you want to search for active service providers.
5.	Click Search. Existing service providers that match you search criteria are listed in the search results grid on the screen.
