How to Delete an Existing SuperStream Service Provider

An existing SuperStream service provider that is not required can be deleted if the service provider is not linked to any superannuation funds and has not been used when creating a SuperStream contribution file.

If the service provider you want to delete has not been used to create a SuperStream contribution file but has been linked to a superannuation fund, edit the relevant superannuation fund to un-link the service provider from the fund before you attempt to delete the service provider.

To delete a SuperStream service provider, follow the procedure below.

1.	Using the Payroll > Maintenance > Superannuation > Service Provider Maintenance screen, search for and open the relevant record.
2.	In the list of existing service providers, click on the delete button next to the service provider you want to delete. A confirmation message opens, prompting you to confirm deleting of the service provider.	Open
3.	Click Delete. The confirmation closes and the service provider is deleted.	Open
