Keywords Section

A resume parsing tool is used to parse candidate resumes when they are imported into the system. The parsing tool compares candidate's resumes against a keyword library for the purposes of skilling the candidates when they are imported into the system.

The keyword library is maintained via the Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > Keyword Library. Whenever the keyword library is updated, the updated keyword library can be uploaded into the Questionnaire Settings module via the Settings tile in Maintenance > Questionnaire Section.

This ensures that the latest version of the keyword library is used for resume parsing. Each time the keyword library is uploaded, a date and time stamp is updated in the Keywords section to indicate when the keyword library was last updated.

To upload the keyword library into the Questionnaire Maintenance application, follow the procedure below.

1	Navigate to Maintenance > Questionnaire Section and click on the Settings tile. The Questionnaire Settings page opens.	Open
2	In the Keywords section, click the update button. The keyword library is uploaded and the date and time of the upload is Keyword last updated on field.	Open
