Keeping in Touch Days (KIT)
If it has been agreed for the payee to have keeping in touch days, job orders can still be processed as normal even though the payee is in receipt of a statutory payment. Any monitoring of the number of KIT days used will need to managed manually.
If a front office user attempts to allocate a job order with a job schedule to a payee on a child related absence, a warning message will be displayed to the user advising that the candidate is still on a statutory leave type. The user will still be able to save the job order as the job order could be for a Keeping In Touch day.
