Statutory Child Related Pay (SMP/SAP/SPP/ShPP)

Agency workers who have the tax type of PAYE and payee type of PAYE are entitled to receive the following statutory payments relating to children:

• Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP)

• Statutory Adoption Pay (SAP)

• Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP)

• Shared Parental Pay (ShPP)

• Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (SPBP)
