How to Edit an Agreement

To edit an existing agreement, follow the procedure below.

1.

Open the relevant pay agreement in the Edit Pay Agreement screen.

Navigate to the section that contains the component of the agreement which you want to edit. For example, if you want to edit a pay/bill rate rule, click the arrow to open the Secondary Interpretation > Pay Rate Rules section and then click the name of the rule to be edited.

The right-hand pane of the screen displays the attributes of the selected component. For example, if you selected a pay rate rule, the Pay Rate Rule Entry pane is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen to allow you to view and edit the attributes of the pay rate rule.

In the right-hand pane of the screen, edit the attributes of the component as required. For more information about the attributes of the components of an agreement, see Configuring Pay Agreements.

 

4.

In the navigation pane of the screen, click Save.

A confirmation message opens, indicating the agreement was saved successfully.
