How to Delete an Agreement

A redundant agreement can be deleted if necessary. However, an agreement cannot be deleted if any of the following conditions apply:

  • the agreement is assigned to a job order or job order template

  • the date in the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is equal to or later than the date in the Start Date field of the agreement header.

If you cannot delete an agreement because either of the abovementioned conditions apply but you want to prevent the pay agreement from being applied to any job orders in future, change the status of the pay agreement from Released to Pending. The status of a pay agreement is set via the Status field in the agreement header.

To delete an existing agreement, follow the procedure below.

1.

Navigate to Rates & Rules > Pay Agreements.

The Pay Agreements screen opens, listing all existing agreements belonging to the country to which you are assigned.

Use the columns of information displayed within the screen to identify the pay agreement to be deleted or search for the relevant agreement.

 

3.

In the grid within the screen where the existing agreements are listed, click the delete action next to the agreement to be deleted.

A confirmation message opens prompting you to confirm whether you want to delete the selected agreement.

4.

Click Delete to proceed with deleting the agreement.

The confirmation message closes and the selected agreement is deleted.
