How to Find an Existing Public Holiday Payment

To find an existing public holiday payment, follow the procedure below.

1.

Navigate to Payroll New Zealand > Maintenance > Public Holiday Payments.

The Public Holiday Payment Maintenance screen opens.

If you know the name of the public holiday payment you want to find, key in the public holiday payment name in the Name field.

You can search on part of a name by using leading or trailing wildcard characters (%). For example, %collar will match public holiday payment names such as Blue Collar and White Collar while collar% will match names such as Blue Collar PH Payment and White Collar PH Payment.

If you know the date on which the public holiday payment becomes effective, click the calendar button next to the Effective From field and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

4.

If you know the date on which the public holiday payment becomes invalid, click the calendar button next to the Effective To field and use the calendar control to select the relevant date.

5.

Click Search.

The results display in the result list as per the criterion entered.
