How to Find an Existing Pension Provider

You can search for and list existing pension provider via Payroll > Maintenance > Pension > Pension Providers Maintenance screen.
Once an existing pension provider is listed on the Pension Providers Maintenance screen, you can do the following:

  • open the pension provider record to view or edit the attributes of the provider and its associated schemes

  • delete the pension provider record if the pension provider is not required.  This will also delete the associated pension schemes.

To find an existing pension provider, follow the procedure below.

Go to Payroll > Maintenance > Pension > Pension Providers.

The Pension Provider Maintenance screen is displayed.

If you know the name of the existing pension provider, key in the name in the Name field.

You can use leading and trailing wildcards (%) for partial matching on the pension provider name. For example, %Pen will return providers with names such as The People's Pension and NOW: Pensions while The% will return providers with names such as The People's Pension and The BlueSky Pension Scheme.

To search for pension providers according to the type of contribution to which they correspond, select the relevant contribution basis in the Contribution Basis field.
Otherwise, leave the default option of Any selected to search for pension providers regardless of the corresponding deduction type.

Click Search.

A list of pension providers that match your search criteria are listed on the screen.

You can open any pension provider record that is listed on the pension provider Maintenance screen after you perform a search for viewing and editing in the pension provider Entry screen by clicking the view / edit button against the relevant pension provider record in the list.
