Pay Company - Pension Automatic Enrolment

Where you require FastTrack360 to determine if a payee should be auto enrolled into a pension scheme, configuration is required in the Pay Company to determine the rules used. 

Go to: Payroll > Maintenance > Pay Company> Pension Automatic Enrolment Tab

This tab defines the staging date, re-enrolment date and postponement rules.  If a staging date is entered that is equal to or less than the current pay period date, the system use the rules configured here to assess payees within the pay batch.  Please refer to the guidance on How to Configure the Pension Automatic Enrolment on how to apply the settings.

Navigate to:  Payroll > Maintenance > Pay Company > Default Settings

If a payee is assessed in the pay batch to be eligible, a default scheme is required so that it can be applied.  This is applied in the Default settings of the pay company.  The pension scheme can either be held at Pay Company or there can be different schemes for each employment type. Please refer to the guidance on How to Configure the Pay Company Default Settings on how to apply the setting.
