How to add Comments to Timesheets

The Comments section provides timesheet participants with the ability to add relevant information to a timesheet. Comments added to a timesheet can be seen in interpreter review once the timesheet has been approved.

To add a comment, follow the procedure below.

Open the timesheet.

Comments can be added to timesheets that are in the Available, Incomplete, Rejected and Submitted tabs by timesheet workflow participants and Agency Users that are able to access timesheets outside of workflow participation.

Navigate to the Comments section, click Add.

The Add Comment pop up displays.

In the Comment section, enter the details of the comment.

Tick if the Comment is to be visible to any Client Contacts that can access the timesheet and or Candidates.

Client Contact users are only able to determine if the Candidate can see the comment, and Candidate users do not see these options at all.

Click Save.

The comment displays in the comment list.

Note that via list actions, users can View, Edit and Delete comments they have created.
